New name & facebook page!
We finally decided on a name for the band: Audio District. We hope you like it as much as we do, and that you want to follow our future activities by “liking” our brand new facebook page! See you there :)
We are a band from Copenhagen, Denmark - the title of this blog is not our band name. We actually don't have a name yet. But what we do have is a lot of songs and a brand new studio, so we can't wait to start recording and getting them out there.. Since you are here, you probably saw the video we did together with our good friend (and gifted film maker) Anders Øvergaard. Less than 24 hours after it was released it had more than 5,000 views on youtube and people started asking questions about us. So we made this blog, and we promise to post updates about what happens in the studio.. Hopefully we will have more songs ready for you in the near future. So stay tuned! We made this video with our friend Anders Øvergaard, who wanted to test the camera of the new Nokia Lumia 920. The song is called “Reach For The Sky”. It is a sketch that we are still working on along with about 30 other new songs. Hopefully some of them will be released during the spring of 2013. But for now it is all about writing and recording in our new studio. And we haven’t even decided what to call our band yet.. That’s a tough one! We hope you like this video though - we think Anders did an amazing job filming and editing it! :)
